All hair sold has undergone a rigorous testing phase. Therefore, we are confident in the quality of our hair and aim for high customer satisfaction. Due to our products’ nature, there may be slight variations in the hair’s patterns and textures in all collections. Also, it is not uncommon to see some grew and red or cinnamon-colored strands. Please note that some shedding and minimal tangling is standard with all hair. However, coarse textures and longer lengths are more susceptible to this outcome.

TO OBSERVE COVID-19 STAFETY CONCERNS THE STATED RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY BELOW IS VOID. WE WILL REINSTATE THE POLICY WHEN CONDITIONS ARE DETERMINED APPROPREATE. CONSIDERING THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, THIS MEASURE IS IMPLEMENTED TO KEEP OURSELVES AND CUSTOMERS SAFE. THIS STATEMENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR WEBSITE WHEN EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE REINSTATED.

All wefts, closures, and ponytails are excluded from refunds. Wefts, closures, and ponytails may be exchanged pending a thorough assesment of the reason provided for an exchange. ANALI HAIR, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY AN EXCHANGE REQUEST BASED ON OUR FINDINGS. If an exchange request is granted, the exchange only applies to same texture, length, and pattern. An exchange request MUST be submited at [email protected] within five days upon delivery of your shipment. Store credit is applicable in the event you wish to return the entire order or a portion of the order for equal store credit toward future orders. Please note that the hair must be returned in its original package and not altered in any way. What does this mean? Zip ties cannot be cut or removed; the hair must not be washed, brushed, colored, cut, installed as a sew-in/ponytail, or used to construct a wig or ponytail.

How do exchanges and store credit work?

Buyers must contact ANALI HAIR, LLC, at [email protected] to submit a formal request for an exchange or store credit for qualifying items within three days of delivery. A replacement will be shipped within 7-21 days and possibly longer given pending order volume at the time of exchange. Store credit will be applied on a future purchase within 48hrs of receiving the returned shipment.

IMPORTANT: EXCHANGES DO NOT APPLY TO READT-TO-SHIP WIGS OR CUSTOM WIG ORDERS. 

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE  FOR THE COST TO SHIP EXCHANGE ITEM(S) TO YOU.

Refund Policy

Wigs featured in our Crowned Royalty Collection can be returned within five days upon delivery of your package. Please note that the hair must be returned in its original package and not altered in any way. What does this mean? The hair must not be washed, brushed, colored, cut, and installed. It is imperative to provide accurate measurements per our measuring guide to avoid size conflict.  BUNDLES, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, AND FINAL SALE PRODUCTS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS.

IMPORTANT: There is a 40% restock fee per wig. You will be refunded 60% of your total order value (excluding shipping). Buyers must contact ANALI HAIR, LLC at [email protected] to submit a formal request for a refund of qualifying items within three days of delivery.
